The Cheshire Inn--- St. Louis

Capturing images for commercial clients is a pleasure for Tom Paule Photography, we enjoy photographing hotels, construction in progress and seeing it all unfold. Recently we were honored to photograph a St. Louis landmark, the Cheshire Inn--- what a gorgeous boutique hotel that has undergone a stunning renovation.

"A St. Louis tradition with roots dating back to the 1920s, The Cheshire embodies the charm and authenticity of a traditional British inn with all the modern conveniences of today. Generations of St. Louisans and thousands of visitors to our city came to love the old world feel and quirky charm of The Cheshire Inn and Lodge. Now, after undergoing a multi-million renovation, this local treasure will be been reborn.
Today’s Cheshire retains all the charm and authentic detail for which it is known, yet seamlessly blends the past with the future. Eighteenth century antiques and historical fixtures live alongside flat-screen TVs and granite bathrooms. Even the popular Fox & Hounds Tavern is being reinvented.
Throughout the renovation process, no detail will be overlooked. From a suit of armor painstakingly restored to a stained glass window given new life, the rich patina of tradition is alive and well. The storied history of this iconic hotel has been preserved, her grandeur restored in a clever blend of old and new. The Cheshire’s timbered walls house decades of special memories. We look forward to a new chapter in the great story that is The Cheshire, and we look forward to making our home yours."

The Cheshire Inn says that they look forward to "making their home yours"... and in this very attractive and comfortable hotel it is easy to see how anyone would enjoy the same thing!
